Presentadas recomendaciones al Plan Avanza 2

El día 11 de Septiembre, desde CCII-CONCITI fueron presentadas en el Ministerio de Industria, Turismo y Comercio (dirigidas al Secretario de Estado de Telecomunicaciones y para la Sociedad de la Información) una serie de recomendaciones al nuevo Plan Avanza 2.
